“Show must go on,” said a Kutchi Dhol artist with tears

A Dhol player continued to play Dhol in a musical event even after he was informed on phone about his father’s demise.
The incident happend on 19th February when Kutchi Dhol artist Parbat Jogi was in middle of his performance at musical programme organized in Mumbai’s Matunga area.
Energetic with upto the mark performance Dhol artist Parbat Jogi started crying loudly after the event concluded. When asked, he revealed that he had received a phone call in middle of the programme informing about his father’s death, but he didn’t allow emotions to come over his performance which was his duty at that time. “Show must go on,” said Parbat Jogi when asked by his subordinates why he didn’t leave the performance to pack bag to reach Kutch as earliest as possible.
