Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday briefed Gujarat assembly about state’s stand on Below Poverty Line(BPL) card list issue that is pending at central level. A BPL card is very important for poorest of the poor class in the country needing medical facility, food and other benefits from various government schemes.
