nice news
Performance of Ashima Limited. is very well know to public. One can go and ask banks as to how many would lend funds to Ashima Group.
Suresh, Mr. Chintan Parikh is one of the few people in the state of Gujarat who commands immense respect and credibility. If you had enough exposure to the world, you would realize that company’s do face troubles from time to time and often it has a lot to do with the economic and industrial climate – famous examples are Marks and Spencer, At&T and British Airways. To Ashima’s credit, the company has paid off every single individual investor in the last few years, and is now in the process of completing its financial restructuring with banks.
There are very few who can raise a finger at Mr. Chintan Parikh for any ethical misdemeanors, and if you understood finance and industry, you would know that. I have full faith in the high powered committee of the GCCI for selecting Mr, Parikh as chairman – and who are we to say anything if the most powerful industrialists in the state (Karsanbhai Patel, Mr. Pankaj Patel, Mr Gautam Adani, Mr. Jahangir Cama and Mr. Bakul Dholakia) support Chintanbhai wholeheartedly,
Your effort to discredit him only speaks of your ignorance. I for one do feel that the GCCI is in for a new better beginning.
Hah!!!!, ETHICS, HOW CAN A GROUP TALK ABOUT ETHICS, when it has been RAIDED, NOT ONLY BY EXCISE, BUT ALSO BY INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT, given examples of MARKS & SPENCERS, AT & T, AND BIRITISH AIRWAYS were not raided by TAX OFFICIALS of respective countries.
Mr. DHOLAKIA was on Board of Ashima, so he would support.
GOD SAVE GCCI.
Ashima is an epitome of corporate misgovernence. Thanks to Hiren Mahadevia, Director. of Corporate Finance. He and his coitre consisting of Jayesh Bhayani and Bhikhu Shah have thrown Ashima to the dogs. Even God cannot save ashima from closing down.
Ashima Limited has been indulging in Insurance Fraud by over-valuing its insurance losses. The company is being actively helped by Mr Divyang Vaishnav of United India insurance Co. He gets a cut from Ashima out of the additional claims. The CBI needs to get into the picture to get to the crux of the issue.
Asit it is not Bhikhu Shah, it is Bhikhabhai Jayantilal Shah, who likes to call himself B.J. Shah.
Ashima has gone to the dogs thanks to three people – Hiren Mahadevia, Jayesh Bhayani and B J Shah. They are simply accountants trying to run a textile mill.
Nilax you are right, these people think they are very smart, actually they are nothing but autocratic rulers who will not be able to work elsewhere other than Ashima( at the salaries they are given in Ashima).
They are so insipid in their attitude that no one other than rascals and devils will like to work with them.
