Ahmedabad is 7th district completing 100% rain this monsoon

Ahmedabad has become seventh district of Gujarat to complete its 100% rain this monsoon.
On 27 August morning at 8.00 am the district of Ahmedabad crossed 100% rainfall of the season.
The district has so far experienced 101.69% rain of the season. Five out of twelve talukas of the district:Ahmedabad city, Ranpur, Sanand, Viramgam, and Detroj have experienced more than 100% rain.
In monsoon 2010, so far seventh districts: Kutch, Jamnagar, Rajkot, Junagadh, Surendranagar, Banaskantha, and Ahmedabad have crossed 100% rain mark. Next in line are Gandhinagar(91.32%), and Patan(98.90%).
