Doctors advised him not to go to the minister’s event, but he insisted that he would go and he died.
This is the news story of a flute player belonging to small village of south Gujarat.
State Agriculture Minister Dilip Sanghani was scheduled to visit south Gujarat’s Kaparada Taluka’s Ozar village to attend Gunotsav function here.
When Sanghani was there in the function, and prayer was being sung by local school children in company with various music instruments, one 60-year-old Jagubhai – part of this group – was playing flute. Jagubhai’s flute was voicing sweet and Minister Sanghani praised it also. But suddenly during his performance, Jagubhai collapsed.
The organizers immediately called 108 ambulance, but before any treatment could be given, Jagubhai passed away on the spot.
According to sources, Jagubhai was not doing well for last some days, and doctors had advised him not to play flute. But as he found the function of Gunotsav in presence of the Minister so important one, he couldn’t resist and joined it with his flute performance.
