Presented above in the video are glimpses of Ahmedabad’s Kankaria Carnival 2011. Various activities inside the water of Kankaria lake and in the air over the lake are part of this week-long carnival festival that was kicked off yesterday on the birthday of Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

Meanwhile, six paratroopers will perform para jumping from the height of 3,000 ft at lake front on the third day of Kankaria carnival 2011. According to official statement issued by Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, two planes will be used for this adventure event at 3.45 pm. Delhi based Indian Parashooting Federation’s Shri Sanjay Thapar and his team will perform this para jumping.
