In this photo taken during Sadbahvana fast function in Gandhinagar district’s Mansa today, Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi can be seen with Chundadiwala mataji of Ambaji. Mataji has attracted Discovery channel, BBC, Fox TV and many other national/international media to Gujarat, thanks to his achievement of living without food and water for last many years. Two years back, Chundadiwala mataji was kept in a hospital under continuous observation of India’s defense research organization DRDO with CCTV camera vigil for over two weeks. However his body was found functioning normal without taking food or water for these many days.
Modi announces development works worth Rs 812 crore for Gandhinagar
Concluding his one-day Sadbhavana mission fast in Gandhinagar district’s Mansa town, Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Narendra Modi today announced development works worth Rs 812 crore for the district. With Modi, five and half thousand people voluntarily observed fast at the venue.
The Chief Minister has taken a pledge for 33 fasts under Sadbhavana mission. His next fast will take place in Amreli tomorrow. On 16th Modi will sit on Sadbhavana fast in Amreli, while on 20th, in Godhra town.
