Interesting for those who keep vigil over Gujarat’s political affairs closely. Today’s Gujarat Samachar reports: Advani was yesterday in Amdavad to attend a wedding function of his Amdavad based assistant Shrinath’s younger brother. Shrinath looks after Advani’s Gandhinagar parliament constituency related affairs. Advani arrived at Ahmedabad airport at 4.30 pm. He spent time with former MP Surendra Patel nd others till 7.00 in the evening at circuit house annexe. Advani attended the wedding function during 7.00 pm and 8.30 pm. Several MLAs, Gujarat BJP President, Gujarat BJP General Secretary and others attended the wedding function, but no minister was seen here. This because the state Cabinet meeting was going on till 8.00 pm, and after 8.30 pm, the Chief Minister and other ministers went to attend a play featuring Swami Vivekananda in Gandhinagar town hall.
