Police files chargesheet against Sanjiv Bhatt in affidavit case

Charge-sheet was today filed by police against controversial suspended IPS Sanjiv Bhatt and advocate Kanara before Judicial Magistrate first class SB Shah in Ahmedabad in false affidavit case.
A complaint was filed by one Karansinh Panth against Sanjiv Bhatt in Ahmedabad’s Ghatlodia police station in June 2011. Bhatt was arrested in this case and was later released on bail.
