Presented above is the video of Special Investigation Team(SIT) lawyer Jamowar’s talk with media persons inside the Ahmedabad Metro court compound.

The SIT lawyer said, “cat is out of the bag, the court has gone through the report and has already ordered that SIT has filed closure report. No action has been recommended against any accused. And therefore as per the Supreme Court order it is now incumbent to give a copy of report to complainant Zakiaji. So the court has ordered that after one month we need to supply SIT report, statement of witnesses and relevant material to complainant Zakiaji. And then the matter will be heard on merit that whether SIT report is acceptable or not.”

Replying to a question that whether the SIT has submitted Raju Ramchandran’s report in the court, the SIT lawyer said, “not Raju Ramchandran’s report , but his report submitted to Supreme Court has been reproduced verbatim in the report and it has been discussed on merit.”

The SIT lawyer said, “now I just have not got one clarification, which perhaps I may seek, though I am not definite about it, that please decide what is relevant among all documents.”
