Narendra Modi to address Bihari and Telugu community

According to sources, Chief Minister Narendra Modi will address the people of Bihar settled in Surat in Gujarat on 6 May.
The event has been organized by Bihari community under the banner of Bihar Jharkhand Sewa Samiti led by BJP’s Bhashabhashi cell chief Ajay Chaudhary at BRC ground. The Chief Minister has given his consent to grace the event. People from Jharkhand will also participate in this event.
On same day, another convention of Telugu people settled in Surat will be held at Parvar Patiya. The event has been organized by the community. It is learnt that Jagadguru Shankaracharya may attend this convention. The Chief Minister has given his consent to attend this function. Surat has population of one lakh Telugu people.
According to sources, a grand convention of Rajasthani people living in Surat is planned on 27 May on the occasion of Maharana Pratap’s birth anniversary. The Chief Minister is invited to attend this function, however his consent has not arrived yet. Similarly Marathi convention is planned in middle of June.The last would be a convention of Koli community which will be organized to honor Shri Shankarbhai Vegad, a community member from Saurashtra who has been recently elected as Rajya Sabha MP from BJP.
