A Swaminarayan sadhu decorating Gujarat map with 100 golden lotuses on the eve of Gujarat day

Ahmedabad, 30 April 2012

On 1st of May, Gujarat day, the city of Ahmedabad will witness launching of Kids heritage walk in Khadia area of wall city.

The yatra, an initiative of Gujarat Tourism is conceptualized by Rahel Patel of Vaarso. It will be inaugurated by Shri Kamleshbhai Patel (Chairman, Gujarat Tourism) in presence of city Mayor Shri Asit Vora and Managing Director of Gujarat Tourism Shri Sanjay Kaul.

At 8.00 am in morning , a toy museum and animation film on pol culture will be inaugurated at Jethabhaini haveli in Dhobini pol. At 8.45 am Kids heritage walk and indian traditional toy kit with will be inaugurated with live music performance at Hatkeshwar mahadev temple near Jethabhai ni pol.

At 12.00, Shri Kamlesh Patel will launch the Ahmedabad city sightseeing tour service and tourist information centre at city civic centre in law garden.
