Banaskantha completes 25% rain of the season, Kutch 2.19%

North Gujarat’s Banaskantha has become Gujarat’s first district this monsoon to complete 25% of total average rain of the season. District’s Amirgadh taluka has received 48% rain of the season so far and has become the top gainer of rain percentage wise in this season among all talukas of Gujarat.
The monsoon season begins from 1st June and continues till September end.
North Gujarat’s Sabarkatha district has completed 22.93% rain of the season so far while Saurashtra’s Bhavnagar stands at 22.10%. Central Gujarat’s Dahod district has completed 21.23% rain. Another central Gujarat district Anand has completed 21.63% rain of the season. South Gujarat’s Valsad district has received 21.56% rain of the season so far.
