Shaktisinh Gohil’s Gujarati new year message

Leader of opposition Shri Shaktisinh Gohil in his greetings on Gujarati new Vikram Samvat year wished progressive, prosperous and peaceful near year.
“We have a tradition in Gujarat that women in our house throw out the old things just before starting of a new year, and pray the God that laziness may go and Lakshmi, Riddhi and Siddhi may arrive. As per this tradition, harmful thing should be removed from Gujarat and Lakshmi and Riddhi, Siddhi should be achieved. Similarly the state of Gujarat should achieve development, happiness and peace in new year. In next one year, not a few people but all people of Gujarat should progress, and the gap between poor and rich people should not widen, but it should decrease,” Gohil said.
Gohil will attend a new year gathering at Town hall in Bhavnagar Motibag between 8-8.30 am. He will then also attend a gathering at his own village Limda(Hanubhana) in Umrala taluka between 11.00 am and 1.00 pm and 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm.
