A new highway to bring Saurashtra and North Gujarat closer

Replying to a question asked by Unjha MLA Shri Narayanbhai Patel, the Road and Building Minister of Gujarat today in Gujarat assembly said that construction of Kadi-Kalyanpur-Sachana road will be completed by 18th August 2013 this year.
The highway is important because it will bring Saurashtra and North Gujarat regions closer to each other through a shorter route, she said.
The Minister said that as per the provisions in tender, the works shall complete by 18th August this year.
She said the total cost involved in this 10-meter wide road project is Rs 3249 lakh.
