Modi to inaugurate high profile ‘Knowledge Consortium of Gujarat’

Chief Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the high profile Knowledge Consortium of Gujarat (KCG) complex here on May 16, 2013.
A brain child of the Chief Minister, the first-of-its-kind unique centre of higher studies has been set up on a 7.5-acre campus, even as Gujarat aims at initiating an education reforms for an educational revolution of sorts in India, befitting the 21st Century.
It is in pursuance of the Knowledge Consortium, established by Gujarat Government’s Educational Department at Gandhinagar in 2010, having received an overwhelming support and positive response from wide cross-section of the society, including academics and prominent citizens.
