Zakia’s protest plea: SIT concludes its arguments, next hearing from 17th June

Supreme Court appointed Special Investigation Team(SIT) today completed its arguments on Zakia Jafri’s protest plea challenging clean chit to Chief Minister Narendra Modi and others in year 2002 riot probe.
As SIT has completed its arguments, now Zakia’s lawyers will present their arguments. On request of Zakia Jafri’s lawyer, the next date of hearing has been fixed as 17 June. The court will start daily hearing from 17 June.
