Reacting to by-polls result, leader of opposition in Gujarat Shri Shankersinh Vaghela in a statement issued here said that ruling BJP misused government machinery and attempted sam, dam, dand, bhed niti. He said anti-socials were given free hand for bogus voting.

Vaghela accepted party’s defeat and said that Congress party will take enough care in future to ensure that such results never repeat. The party will go to the people to give voice to their problems, he said.

Vaghela thanked those who worked hard for Congress party during by-polls.
