Here is a Reuters story on Surat’s unconventional fashion show that had fashion dresses made out of Condoms for HIV AIDS related awareness. International Institute of Fashion Designing had organized this event on ‘Play Safe’ theme. Second year students Fatima Kalimi, Bhumika Patel, Vrutika Mehta, Khushbu Panwala, Ishita Patel and Nisha Patel prepared 6 ladies dresses and one gents wear on AIDS awareness theme. Condoms, syringes, needles, hand glows were used for making of such dresses.
