Uttam has got really good point. The staff should be well educated (ward staff : at least graduate) and proffesional as well. Sometimes we feel like we are being treated as “third class” citizen in our own country or city. They must learn lesson of customer service along with their practical skills.

    Overall, very impressive….

  3. Bharat jani Says:

  4. PRERAK SHAH Says:

this is definitely a good vision. But my point is health department should engage consultant of international repute and work should be supervised by int’l consultant. The main problem in our system is nothing but corruption from top to bottom due to which our money went to the pocket of the corrupted person sitting in the govt. office.

    Jai Gujarat!! Jai Hind!!
