According to a press release issued here, Ahmedabad’s Rathyatra 2009, scheduled on June 24(Gujarati tithi Ashadhi beej), will be available LIVE online for viewers through a webcast.

Shree Jagannath Mandir in Ahmedabad has made this facility available first time this year.

Those who want to watch Rathyatra LIVE will have to use Windows Xp and Internet Explorer version 7 or above(don’t use Firefox at least in this case). If on given link, you are not able to get a video, please download ActiveX. Then go to these steps: Internet Explorer-Tools-Internet Options-Security-Custom Level-ActiveX Controls and Plugins-and mark all enabled or prompt.
