    WE MUST LEARN TO USE OUR RESOURCES VERY EFFICIENTLY. LEARN FROM ISRAEL AND EDUCATE FROM SCHOOL LEVEL TO EVERYONE USING ALL KINDS OF MEDIA. ALL NOT FOLLOWING THESE RULES MUST5 BE PUNISHED SEVERLY.. THIS WILL BECOME NATIONAL CRISIS. MANY SCHOLORS HAVE PREDICTED THAT NEXT WAR WILL BE FOUGHT BECAUSE OF WATER… MR. MODI, MY PRAYERS AND GOOD THOUGHTS ARE WITH YOU… PLEASE LISTEN TO SCIENTISTS AND DO YOUR PART FOR THIS PROBLEM… DO NOT JUST TALK, ACT ACCORDINGLY… THANK YOU…. ALL WATER WASTERS ARE TO BE PUNISHED… YOU ARE COMMITING SIN….

    I urge Sh.Narendra Modi to think about how to preserve water that is already out there. Many farming villages are unable to get decent water with the polluted rivers around them.
    Please consider prevention of pollution of water as one of the means for preserving water. Currently most of the fresh water rivers along the so-called golden corridor zone are treated as worse than gutters for dumping all kinds of industrial waste. Then, using the help of GPCB and GIDC they drag Gujarat into Laloo Bihar-style corruption for approvals. Is the Gujarat government trying to kill all Gujaratis along the golden corridor?

    WATER METERS FOR EVERY HOUSEHOLD. NO FREE WATER OR ELECTRICITY. CHARGE FOR OVER USE.

    PEOPLE: NO RUNNING WATER WHEN BRUSHING,SHAVING,BATH,OR CLEANING DISHES.USE SMALLER GLASSES,SINCE HALF OF THE GLASS WATER IS WASTED.SEPARATE CUP FOR EACH FAMILY MEMBER SO IT CAN BE CLEANED ONCE A DAY.WASHER MACHINES WITH FULL LOAD ACTUALLY USE LESS WATER THAN HAND WASHING!!! NO LONG SHOWERS AND NOT MORE THAN 1-2 BUCKET PER PERSON FOR BATH.CLEAN THE FLOORS THREE TIMES A WEEK INSTEAD OF TWO TIMES A DAY. DO NOT THROW WATER WITH WATER PIPE OR BUCKETS FULL TO WASH FLOOR AND AROUND THE HOUSE,INSTEAD WIPE WITH WET CLOTH. COLLECT RAIN WATER AND USE FOR CLEANING FLOOR,BATHROOM AND CLOTHES,DISHES ETC. NO DRIPPING FAUCETS.USE CLOTHES THAT ARE EASY TO WASH WITH LESS WATER.THROW NON SOAPY USED WATER IN GARDEN AND FOR PLANTS AROUND THE HOUSE. NO CAR WASHING. WHEN IT RAINS ROOF WATER SHOULD BE COLLECTED IN TANK.EVERY LITTLE EFFORT COUNTS!!!!!

    NOT ONLY IN GUJARAT AND INDIA BUT EVERYWHERE RESOURCES SHOULD BE USED JUST LIKE MONEY,USE IF YOU NEED,NO WASTE.JUST LIKE NAMO SAYS USE LIKE PRASAADEE.

    @Hari,
    I have seen you writing about industrial waste dumping into clean rivers. Please go through Clean India (http://www.clean-india.com/index.html). You may get the franchise to run a plant in gujarat with their technology. Negotiate with them. We should never stop our growth. But ensuing problems need to weed out some how.

    Thanks and Regards,
    -Pavan.

  7. Hari Says:

    I am not against development per se, But we all need a sustainable growth that does not cause any harm to our Mother rivers, and Mother nature so that everyone can continue to enjoy clean fruits if Bhaaratmaa.
    जय श्री राम!

  8. Hari Says:

    My heart bleeds with pain, when I see pollution of fresh water released into mainstream, unabated.
    For ages there is a direct link between fresh river water rivers of Mother Narmada, Mother Daman Ganga, Mother Bhagvaan nadi, or Mother Par, and our developed Hindu civilization.
    If our government is allowing our rivers get polluted then it a direct call to convert all Hindus into other religion that preach fundamentalism. One should not blame others for conversion,.
    जय श्री राम
