Maha Gujarat Janata Party(MJP) workers today afternoon stopped screening of Mahesh Bhatt’s film
‘Tum Mile’ protesting his son Rahul Bhatt’s connection with Lashkar-e-Taiyaba terrorist Hadley who has been arrested and interrogated by American investigation agency FBI.

MJP workers shouted slogans and entered into the theater at Kalavad road in Rajkot where film screening was going on. MJP workers destroyed posters and threw a small Sutali bomb(crude bomb used as cracker) inside the theater after which the show was stopped and any further screening of this film was canceled in the theater. In Rajkot, all shows of film Tum Mile were canceled today following the demand from MJP.

There are reports of protest against Mahesh Bhatt’s film in Ahmedabad too due to same reason described above.

“Mahesh Bhatt’s son Rahul allegedly had connection with terror suspect Headley, so we have asked for ban on Bhatt’s film in Gujarat,” said Gordhan Zadafia, President of Maha Gujarat Janata Party. Zadafia said all the cinemas and multiplex owners in the state have been asked by the party to stop screening the film starring Emraan Hashmi and Soha Ali Khan. The movie was released last Friday.
