Modi visits Nagpur, meets RSS Chief Bhagwat

Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, yesterday met RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat in Nagpur. RSS spokesman Ram Madhav said Modi’s meeting (baithak) here was a scheduled one and it was mainly to discuss the post-Godhra riots case.
Modi landed around 6.50 pm by a special flight and drove straight to Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh headquarters in Mahal and spent over two hours with Bhagwat in a closed door meeting. RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat and at least ten other senior RSS functionaries including Madan Das Devi were present. Modi left Sangh building around 9.45 pm for the airport to take his special flight for Ahmedabad.
