Chudasama to be kept in Ahmedabad jail, will get medical facility

Suspended IPS Abhay Chudasama will be kept in Ahmedabad’s Central jail only and he will not be transferred to any other jail as demanded by CBI, the Special CBI court in Ahmedabad ordered today.
CBI had demanded yesterday to keep Chudasama in any other jail but not in Ahmedabad’s Central jail because several other arrested IPS officers and cops are lodged here in connection with same case and it could jeopardize the investigation.
Meanwhile special CBI court has also ordered to provide medical facilities to Chudasama as per the Jail act.
