Store owner NRG held in US with 487 bags of Spice

A total of 487 bags of Spice was seized during a raid on a Montgomery County convenience store.
Deputies found the drug also known as K-2 at Ladson’s Convenience Store in Uvalda. The drug has been known to cause hallucinations and sometimes death.
Estimated street value is nearly $15,000.
Investigators arrested NRI Gujarati Piyush Patel in connection with distributing the drug from the business.
