Gujarat BJP’s two-month long fund raising drive to begin tomorrow

Gujarat BJP today said that the party will hold ‘Dhan Sangrah’ drive between 11 February and 6 April this year to collect fund to fight the election. 11 February is Dindayal Upadhyaya’s death anniversary and 6 April is BJP’s birth anniversary.
Various district and city units are given targets of fund collections according to sources in the party.
Gujarat BJP spokesperson Shri IK Jadeja said the ‘Dhan Sangrah’ such drive will strengthen the foundations of democracy. Jadeja said on 11th of February the city of Surat will host active workers conventions in each ward. The women’s cell will distribute nutritious food in schools. Vadodara unit of party will hold a tiffin meetings with speeches on Pandit Dindayal’s life and works. In Ahmedabad, each assembly segment will hold an active meeting conventions. Similar programmes are to be held in Jamnagar, Rajkot, Bhavnagar, Gandhinagar, Junagadh, Mehsana, Panchamahal, Sabarkantha among other places.
