Pranab Mukherjee’s interaction with media in Gujarat (Video)

Ahead of the Presidential election in India, Congress leader and UPA candidate Pranab Mukherjee visited Ahmedabad, Gujarat and addressed media persons at Gujarat Congress headquarter.
When asked whether Trinamool supports his candidature, Pranab Mukherjee replied, “Trinamool Congress has not yet decided, but they have not yet decided, and there is time, today is 5th, election will be on 19th, and this is not general election. Voters will be only MLAs and MPs. Therefore there’s time. I hope she will take appropriate decision and the decision will be in my favor.”
Mukherjee said that he is asked why there can’t be a debate between two presidential candidates in India, but all he wants to say is that on what issue there should be a debate? There must be an issue on which debate take place. Mukherjee was of opinion that debate can take place before general election, but not before Presidential election.
