Judge BJ Pandya to hear Zakia Jafri’s plea against SIT report

Zakia Jafri’s protest petition against the Supreme Court appointed Special Investigation Team(SIT) report will be heard by a new Metropalitan Magistrate BJ Pandya.
BJ Pandya replaces judge BJ Ganatra who was transferred recently.
BJ Pandya was Rajkot district court Judge before his transfer to Ahmedabad Metro Court no.11.
