Jamnagar to have a new two lakh square ft amusement park

The city of Jamnagar will soon get an amusement park spread over 2 lakh square ft or 19,500 square meter land.The park has been developed by the Jamnagar Municipal Corporation(JMC) through Rs 4.25 crore grant received under Swarnim Jayanti Mukhyamatri Shaheri Vikas Yojana.
The park will have children play area with 12 latest rides that are to be introduced for the first time in Gujarat.
The biggest attraction of the park will be a musical dancing fountain. There will be rain dance facility for children and a separate dance hall for youths. A gaming zone will have varieties of games. Another hall is built for Yog activities.
The park will offer free entry during 6-9 am , so that visitors can use its walking track for morning walk.
An open air theater has been built in the middle of the park. As many as 400 persons can sit on green loan here and watch cultural programmes.
Entry for children below five years will be free, while for others the ticket rate will be Rs 10. Water bottle, pouch, food from outside will not be permitted inside the park to maintain cleanlyness.
