Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s position on the National Counter Terrorism Center(NCTC) is well known. Yesterday only he spoke in Delhi on why he opposes NCTC.

Then Modi was on fire on Twitter late on Thursday night. He threw several questions in group of tweets presented below:

-Is it true that the IB had been assured in December 2012 by Prime Minister’s office and the Home Minister that NCTC would be within IB?

-Is it correct that Home Minister changed the proposal of putting NCTC inside IB without even taking intelligence agencies into confidence?

-Did the proposal of NCTC get cleared by the Cabinet Committee on Security before it ws tabled at the CMs conference on Internal Security?

-Did the Home Minister push the note on NCTC in a hurry because he did not want to be on the wrong side of a cabinet collegue?
