Shri Nritya Gopaldasji Maharajshri, Mahantshri of Ayodhya contacted Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Narendra Modi on 13 June, 2013 on telephone. Amrut Mahotsav on Mahantshri Nritya Gopaldasji’s 75th birth day is going to be celebrated between 19-22 June, 2013. Mahantshri had invited Chief Minister Shri Narendra Modi to remain present on this occasion. Chief Minister had thanked him and humbly urged him that due to pre-decided programmes, it would be difficult for him to come to attend Amrut Mahotsav celebration. Shri Modi had conveyed his pranam for success of Amrut Mahotsav.
Thus, the Chief Minister had called and informed Mahantshri on that same day that he would not be able to remain present in Amrut Mahotsav event. Controversy regarding this in press-media is not proper.
