HCG Aastha Cancer Hospital inaugurated in Ahmedabad

Ahmedabad: The newly built cancer center of ‘HCG Aastha’ Cancer Hospital was today inaugurated here by Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel.
HCG Astha Cancer Hospital has a capacity of 217 beds. Which includes 23 surgical ICU beds, 10 medical ICU beds, 23 day-care beds, 16 pre- and post-operative beds and 6 bone marrow transplant (BMT) units. This new unit will be able to treat 30 to 40 percent more patients. This will enable treatment to be provided to more than 55 thousand foreign and 7 thousand local patients annually.
A team of more than 100 domestic and multitalented doctors provides treatment from primary to final stage in surgical, medical and radiation oncology, nuclear medicine, pediatric hemato-oncology and advanced diagnostics. DeshGujarat
