This is South Gujarat’s Tribal instrument Dobru. Dobru is wind instrument and tribals play it on the festive occasions. This video shoot happened in Surat based musician singer Mehul Surti’s studio while preparation were going on for multimedia presentation of new Tapi district’s inauguration ceremony.

And this is South Gujarat’s tribal musical instrument ‘Pavri’ being played in Dang district in this video.

Implement Sachar report, says NCP
New Delhi: The Nationalist Congress Party has called for immediate implementation of the Sachar Committee report on Muslims, and for consolidation of minority votes so that secular forces were not weakened.
An NCP convention on minorities here also demanded that the Babri mosque be rebuilt at its original place at Ayodhya.
Chairing the meeting, party president and Union Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar said the Sachar report brought out the backwardness of one section of society that could not be ignored.
It is their right
The NCP would translate the report into all languages so that non-Muslims understood the plight of the community.
“The minority is asking not for more or for favour, but only for what is their right,” he said.
Exhorting the Muslim community to ensure that it created an atmosphere for education of each child, Mr. Pawar said a pledge should be taken to treat education as a priority. At the same time, there should be a struggle against unemployment.
“On these twin issues, the minority community should work with a missionary zeal.”
Minority unity urged
He gave a call for “minority unity” to thwart communalism and strengthen secular forces.
A resolution said Mr. Pawar “was the first person to demand strict action against those who demolished the Babri mosque, however high and mighty. This convention demands that the mosque be rebuilt at its original place.”

this DOBRU is recorded in my studio and i have some good other stuff video and audio ..
trible and different cast FOLK dance in audio and video fomat ..the above DOBru session is for 25th and 26th january programme..in “VYaRAA”………NEW DISTRIC NAME TAPI …! so on the grand function 90 mints of MULTIMEDIA SHOW is going to performd !

well done Mehulbhai, if you can share whole presentation after 26th of January it would be Great. Tapi district is important district due to mass Christian conversion of Hindu adivasis, so please please Mehulbhai promote maximum Hinduism in your presentation.

“Dobru” is unique instrument of past trible community.Now a day we forgate it,Due to better education and change of scinario of life.But onceupon a time for explain of heartbeating it is a fabulous instrument. there is three type of such instrument.
1) Dobru:Using only marriage ceremony and festival seasion.
2) Tarpu:Useing only young generation to express of internal thoughts.
3) Devha dovdi:Which is useing in spritual and holly occasion to serve devta.
One more thing which connected to our life,those who use above instrument they are never suffer any lungs decease.
