The first few showers have turned the countryside magically green. The life sustaining elixir, water, has brought an explosion of new life in all its myriad forms. Farmers are busy in their farms. It is a great time to be outdoors. Here is an announcement of camp at Taranga-Ambaji on 19th and 20th July, 2008 to celebrate the Indian monsoon.
Taranga Hill, is about 150 kms from Ahmedabad and the famous Jain temples are here. Though at a modest elevation of about 1500 feet it enjoys good weather specially in monsoon. It is part of the Arravali range. The route from Taranga to Ambaji and further down towards Balaram becomes one of the best scenic routes in monsoon.
