One month after the 26 July Islamic terror blasts in Ahmedabad, death toll has reached 57 now.

Devkumar Lodh, a young boy who died on early Wednesday morning in Ahmedabad’s Civil hospital was latest causality caused by 26 July Islamic terror blasts.

Lodh was a student of H.A. college in Ahmedabad. On the evening of the blasts, he was in Civil hospital to supply a tiffin to his sister who was there to help her mother who was admitted for a treatment of stomach stone. Devkumar was caught in the Trauma center blast after he delivered a tiffin to his sister and met his ill mother.

Devkumar was admitted in B3 ward. His condition seemed much better than many other severely injured survivors of the blasts. He could talk to friends, journalists and VIPs visiting the survivors of the blasts very healthily. when Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh, Chief Minister Narendra Modi, UPA chief Sonia Gandhi visited him he talked with almost all of them. Sonia Gandhi had specially told Gujarat Congress president Siddharth Patel to take care of this young man.

Before four days, he was admitted to Neuro critical ward where he was declared dead on Wednesday exactly one month after lethal blasts.
