Canada to open Trade office in Ahmedabad, Gujarat:Canadian PM

Govetnment of Canada has announced to open a trade office in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Announcing this on Wednesday at a function organised by the Indo-Canada Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Toronto, Canada’s Prime Minister Stephen Harper in his key note address said if his government was elected back next month, it will open a new trade office in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
REL Aryan, High Commissioner of India; Deeps Iberia, Parliamentary secretary to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, welcomed the Prime Ministers decision to open Trade Office in Ahmadabad.
Over 400 businessmen from India and Canada attended the function.
Stephen Harper has already announced new trade offices in Kolkata and Hyderabad. Canada has expanded it’s operations at trade missions in Delhi and Mumbai recently.
Gujarat has Netherland’s trade office for last some years in Ahmedabad. Canada would be second nation to open it’s trade office in Gujarat which is the most industrialized and speedy developing state in India.

I would also thanks to Mr. Harper for making such a wise decision. I would also appreciate the efforts of the
gujarati who are key players to push this mission ahead. Especially Gautam Vyas, Naren Shah, Minesh Bhavsar
and Kanu Patel who are the presidents of Gujarati Business Association of Canada. Jai mataji. Long live gujarat,

That’s a really great news being a gujarati and atleast we are lucky we have great leader Shree Narendra Modi.
What’s he doing great job from early morning by 4:00 am to whole day we will see gretest results in every coming years and years. I hope same kind of trade office if USA also open then it will be really great for us and as of now few weeks before Obama announce for more exports and trade, it’s might be helpful.
