According to sources, a private airline has submitted proposal to start daily flight on Surat-Bhavnagar-Rajkot-Delhi route from 15th of August this year. The proposal is under consideration by the Airport Authority of India.

The Airline has proposed a parking facility at Surat airport. The airline has also sought permission for 7:30 am departure time from Surat airport for proposed flight.
