The Gujarat government has decided to call a two-day Assembly session on December 17 and 18.
On December 16, one day before the Assembly session, Chief Minister Narendra Modi will address former MLAs and MPs in order to apprise them of the preparations for the Golden Jubilee celebrations of Gujarat’s foundation.
The decision to hold the session in December has been taken to fulfill the “constitutional obligation” of having one Assembly session in six months.
