“The government of Gujarat has postponed its Gunotsav programme which was scheduled to take place during 12-13-14-15 November,” Gujarat government spokesperson Jaynarayan Vyas said today.
The decision has been taken due to cyclone, storm and heavy rain possibility in the state, Vyas added.
“District administrations are put on alert and disaster management units are stand by due to danger of cyclone, heavy rain and storm. In such condition, Gunotsav – 2009 has been postponed,” Vyas further added.
