Three months extension to Gujarat Police Chief Khandawawala
New Delhi, 26 August, 2010

Gujarat Police Chief DGP Shabbir Hussain Khandawawala’s term has been extended for three months by the central government.
The state government had asked centre for six month extension to Khandawawala.
Khandawawala is scheduled to retire on 30th of August.
In view of latest development, he will now be retiring on 30th November.
