This clip, presented above was captured at Mansa rally of Gujarat Congress on the onset of second Sardar Sandesh Yatra.

Former Chief Minister and Congress party’s campaign committee head Shankersinh Vaghela in this speech said, “you are brave people, strong people. You should say ‘get out’ to government people.”

Vaghela was referring to the government machinery that is as per him involved in collecting crowd for Modi’s Sadbhavana fast.

Vaghela then added, “(tell those BJP/govt people who come to take you to Sadbhavana fast that)we don’t want to drink water, we don’t want to sit in bus. Boycott their Sadbhavana fast. Don’t go there. What do you get from it? Just a pouch full of water? Do they offer liquor? What’s there to drink in a pouch of water( and not liquor)?”

Audience smiled in reaction to bapu’s liquor remark.

It should be mentioned that Vaghela started second route of Sardar Sandesh Yatra from Mansa where by-election is pending due to death of sitting BJP MLA. Interestingly Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Narendra Modi is to sit on Sadbhavna fast day after tomorrow(5 January) in Mansa.
