A new born child is always a good news for a family, but in Surat, when a child took birth without both hands in Kiranbhai Jinjar’s family, there was a feeling of shock for everyone. This because even after sonography tests, mother of the child was not alerted about any such defect.
Kiranbhai, father of the child works as a porter at Surat railway stations. His wife Kaminiben alleges that she had regularly visited doctor during her pregnancy period and had also undergone sonography tests. Kaminiben said her sonography reports were normal during pregnancy.
A male child is otherwise normal, but he is without two hands and having a damaged right leg.
