BAPS Pramukh Swami undergoes pacemaker implant operation(Video)

Pramukh Swami of Bochasanvasi Akshar Purushottam Sansthan (BAPS) has today morning undergone a surgery in Ahmedabad’s SAL hospital to have a pacemaker implanted for cure of irregular pulse problem.
According to BAPS, “recently, Swamishri had experienced an irregular pulse”.
“A panel of expert cardiologists had advised for a pacemaker to regulate his heart rate and improve the quality of his health. Hence, Swamishri had been brought to Ahmedabad for appropriate tests and treatment. The medical procedure to implant a pacemaker was performed today between 7:30am – 10:30am (India time),” BAPS statement said.
“The procedure proceeded smoothly as planned. Param Pujya Swamishri is presently recuperating at BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir in Shahibaug, Amdavad. Doctors are happy with his health,” the statement further said.
