Keshubhai Patel to address eight sammelans in July

Former Gujarat Chief Minister Suresh Mehta today told media persons that as many as eight ‘jan sammelans’ will be held in 8 cities of Gujarat in the month of July, and one special programme will be held in the state then after in the end of July or in August under the leadership of Keshubhai Patel.

Mehta said that future strategy of Keshubhai and other rebel BJP leaders will be announced in a special programme to be held in July end or in August.

Mehta told this after today’s meeting at Keshubhai Patel’s bungalow which was participated by MahaGujarat Janata Party’s Gordhan Zadafia, RSS pracharak Bhaskarrao Damle, VHP’s Mr. Suhagia, Arvind Patel, former MLA Siddharth Parmar and others.

Mehta said today’s meeting was selective and added that Keshubhai Patel has yet not become BJP’s member again during the ongoing membership drive.

“People of all class are disappointed with BJP rule and failure of Congress as opposition party. There is need to provide an alternative to the people. There is a need to provide a trusted mechanism in the direction of change,” the statement issued by Gordhan Zadafia’s team said after the meeting.

Under the banner of ‘Parivartan Lok Jagruti Abhiyan’, 8 gatherings will be held in all major cities of Gujarat in the month of July under leadership of Keshubhai Patel. After these eight sammelans, in the end of July or in August, one special programme will be held in which under the leadership of trusted leader Keshubhai Patel who has been proved as an alternative in which a new direction of change will be talked about,” the statement further said.
