Addressing a public meeting at Panchamahal district’s Mangadh hill, Gujarat Chief Minister briefly spoke about the delayed monsoon this year in Gujarat.Shri Modi said some useless people are doing yagnas and praying God to prevent rain, thinking that lack of rain would give them benefit in election.
