Gujarat governor hosts Iftar party: Congress leaders present Arabic memento to her

Gujarat Congress leaders attended Gujarat Governor’s Iftar Party in Raj Bhavan on Wednesday evening. Gujarat Congress President Arjun Modhwadia, leader of opposition Shaktisinh Gohil, leader of opposition in Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation Shri Badruddin Sheikh, Councillor Iqbal Sheikh, advocate Gulabkhan Pathan, Muslim leader Taslimbhai Tirmizi presented an Arabic memento to the Governor in this function. Almost none from the ruling party BJP was present in this function.

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Interior Rehman Malik on Thursday said that Hindu families migration is a Indian conspiracy against Pakistan.
Rehman Malik said that minorities could not leave the country without the permission of the Interior Ministry. The Hindu families migrating from Jacobabad to India was halted due to the process required for leaving the country, he stated.
Replying to a question he said that the Indian High Commission should justify his reasons for issuing 250 visas in this regard.
The interior minister said that the government would probe into the matter and after satisfaction, the some families may be allowed to go to India.

Gujarat has been put on high alert in wake of Intelligence Bureau’s warning of a possible terror strike in the state, after the Pune blasts, a top police official said on Sunday.
