Success of Surat as city, and as urban community stays unmatched across Gujarat. The city is presently witnessing a book fair, herbal fair and crafts fair organized by local civic authority, but on the top was the half marathon night event held last week-end. The event witnessed participation of 40,000-50,000 people. While organizing the event, the organizers had at-the-most 35,000 figure in mind. Presented above is a video of the event. Surat is the second largest city of Gujarat, with virtually zero per cent unemployment.
