Kolkata-Ajmer train renamed as Kolkata-Ahmedabad train

19605/19606 Kolkata-Ajmer weekly express train has been renamed as Kolkata-Ahmedabad weekly express. The train has been extended on both side to Ahmedabad via Marwad, Aburoad and Palanpur.

As per the Divisional Railway Spokesperson, Train no. 19605 Kolkata-Ahmedabad weekly train will leave Kolkata every Saturday starting from 2 March, 2013 at 13.10 hour and reach Ahmedabad at 19.00 hours on Monday. In return journey, train 19606 Ahmedabad-Kolkata weekly train will leave Ahmedabad at 6.05 am every Wednesday and reach Kolkata at 15.15 hour on Friday.

On extended route, the train will stop at Biyavar, Marwad, Falna, Sirohi road, Abu road, Palanpur, Siddhpur, Unjha and Mehsana stations.

Train no. 19606 Ahmedabad-Kolkata will run as train no. 19413 from 3 July 2013(Wednesday) and train no. 19605 Kolkata-Ahmedabad will run as train no. 19414 from Saturday 6 July.

The train has 2 SLR, 6 general, 7 sleeper, 2 third AC and 1 second AC thus total 18 coaches.
