Another Gujarat tour of Amitabh Bachchan under planning

Mega-star Amitabh Bachchan has been kind enough to agree to spend another few days in Gujarat for shooting of ‘Khushboo Gujarat Ki’ advertisement campaign promoting tourism in Gujarat.
According to sources, BigB of Bollywood will be in Gujarat in the month of August for few days for shooting of another five video ad films of Gujarat Tourism.
Sources told DeshGujarat that, if everything goes as per the plan, Shri Bachchan will be in Gujarat on 14-day long tour of Gujarat, either on one-go or in two-three visits.
Shri Bachchan will be visiting Bhavnagar district’s Velavdar black-buck sanctuary, Gurudwara with Guru Nanak’s charan paduka at Lakhpat in Kutch district, Haji pir dargah in Kutch and Sarkhej Roza mosque in Amdavad among other places.
Tourism minister visits Dholavira, Mandvi
In another development,Gujarat’s Tourism minister Saurabh Patel and Tourism department’s head IAS Kaul visited Kutch’s Dholavira and Mandvi to get ground information on possibility of tourism development on these sites, which need tourist infrastructure facilities. Dholavira has Harappan excavation site and world’s oldest sign-board, while Mandvi has beach suitable for tourists. Both places lack proper tourist infrastructure. Saurabh Patel and Kaul walked on beach and explored Dholavira site, they held discussion with local civic authority and others to prepare a plan of developing tourist infrastructure.
